By accessing or using our Site, purchasing event tickets, or subscribing to our communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Age Requirements: Events hosted or promoted by San DNB carry specific age restrictions depending on the hosting venue (e.g., All Ages, 18+, or 21+). Age requirements are displayed on each event listing and ticket checkout page.
Government ID Required: Valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification (such as a Driver's License, State ID, or Passport) matching the attendee's name is mandatory for venue entry. Failure to produce valid ID at the door will result in denied entry without a refund.
Ticket Resale Policy: Tickets purchased through San DNB may not be resold above face value. Unlawful or unauthorized reselling of tickets will render the ticket null and void.
Lineup & Schedule Changes: All performing artists, set times, and event lineups are subject to change without prior notice. Lineup adjustments do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.
Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are issued only in the event of an official cancellation of the event prior to doors opening. Postponed or rescheduled events will honor original tickets for the rescheduled date.
Refusal of Admission: San DNB and venue staff reserve the absolute right to refuse entry or eject any individual demonstrating disruptive behavior, intoxication, illegal activity, or failure to comply with venue safety policies without refund.
Media Release (Photo & Video Consent): By entering a San DNB event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. San DNB reserves the right to use video, photography, and audio recordings containing your image or likeness for promotional and archival purposes across any media platform without compensation.

By submitting payment details, you authorize Stripe and San DNB to charge the specified transaction total (including applicable service fees or local taxes) to your selected payment method. You represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Engage in fraudulent activity, ticket scalping, or unauthorized scraping/crawling of site content.
Interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the network integrity, performance, or security of the platform.
Attempt unauthorized access to restricted server endpoints, customer databases, or ticketing systems.
All logos, trademarks, branding, event copy, images, artwork, and website design elements featured on [https://sandnb.com](https://sandnb.com) are the exclusive property of San DNB (Enthuzy Holdings, LLC) or its respective licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any material on this Site is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or San DNB events shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
