Who we are
Enthuzy ("Enthuzy," "we," "us," or "our") operates a platform that lets organizers ("Sites") run events, sell tickets, manage memberships, and communicate with their audiences, and lets individuals ("personas") build public profiles, buy tickets, and interact with those Sites. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information you provide directly: name, email, password, and any persona/profile details you add (bio, avatar, roles, contact info, links, uploaded files such as an electronic press kit). Event and commerce data: events, tickets, orders, donations, booking requests, and venue information created or purchased through the platform. Messages: content you send through the platform's messaging system. Payment information: handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers ourselves. Usage and device data: pages visited, actions taken, IP address, browser/device type, and similar log data, along with cookies and local storage described below.
How we use information
To provide and operate the platform (accounts, events, ticketing, messaging, notifications). To process transactions and send related confirmations and receipts. To communicate with you about your account or a Site you interact with. To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service. To improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
With the Site (organizer) whose event, ticket, membership, or public page you interact with — that information is necessary for them to fulfill your order or manage their own audience, and their own use of it is also subject to their own posted policies where applicable. With service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, mapping/geocoding for venue addresses) under contracts limiting their use of your data to providing that service. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Enthuzy, our users, or the public.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and browser local storage for things like keeping you signed in, remembering your theme and tab preferences, and maintaining a shopping cart. See our cookie preferences banner for the current breakdown of what's strictly necessary versus optional, and to manage your choices.
Data retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations (for example, order records tied to a completed payment). You can request deletion of your account as described below, subject to information we're required to retain for those obligations.
Your rights and choices
You can access and update most of your account and profile information directly from your dashboard. You can unsubscribe from a Site's marketing emails via the link in those emails. You can request deletion of your account or ask what personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the address below — we'll respond consistent with applicable law, which may include anonymizing rather than deleting records we're required to retain (for example, completed financial transactions).
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive fields such as private venue addresses and message content at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Enthuzy is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date below when we do; material changes will be communicated through the platform.
