By creating an account or using Enthuzy, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using Enthuzy on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
Enthuzy is a platform for running events: ticketing, memberships, marketing, public pages, and audience communication, organized around "Sites" that organizers create and manage, and "personas" that individuals use to interact with those Sites and the wider platform.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
If you create or manage a Site, you're responsible for the accuracy of the events, tickets, and content you publish, for complying with applicable laws governing your own events (including venue, safety, and refund-related obligations), and for how you use audience data collected through your Site, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
During the current beta period, some payment flows may run in a simulated mode rather than moving real funds — this will be clearly the case wherever it applies. Once real payments are enabled, transactions are processed through our payment processor, and any platform or processing fees will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
You agree not to use Enthuzy for anything unlawful, to harass or harm others, to infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights, to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create on Enthuzy (event details, profile content, messages, uploaded files). You grant us a license to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the platform. The Enthuzy platform itself — its design, code, and branding — remains our property.
Enthuzy relies on third-party services to operate — for example, payment processing, transactional email, and mapping/geocoding for venue addresses. Your use of those integrated services is also subject to that provider's own terms where applicable.
You can stop using Enthuzy and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical.
Enthuzy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enthuzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date below when we do; material changes will be communicated through the platform.
