Deleting your account and data
You can permanently delete your Enthuzy account, and all of the personal data associated with it, at any time -- no need to contact us first. Log in, go to Settings, and open "Delete my account" near the bottom of the page. You'll be asked to confirm your current password and type DELETE to confirm -- this is a real, immediate, irreversible deletion, not a deactivation.
What gets deleted
Your account, your persona profile(s), and the personal data tied to them, including your memberships, messages, saved items, push subscriptions, uploaded documents such as your tax forms, and any AI provider keys you saved. If you own a Site that has other real members, you'll need to transfer ownership or remove those members first, and the deletion flow will tell you exactly what's blocking it. If you own a Site with no other members, that Site and its content are deleted along with your account.
What may be retained
Consistent with our Privacy Policy, we may retain limited records we're legally required to keep (for example, completed financial transaction records for accounting/tax purposes), which we handle by anonymizing rather than deleting where full deletion isn't legally permitted. Information a Site already received about you (such as an order, a booking, or an email sent to you) is that Site's own record and stays with them. Backups age out on their regular schedule.
Connected third-party accounts (e.g. Facebook/Instagram)
Deleting your Enthuzy account does not automatically revoke access you've granted to Enthuzy from a third-party platform like Facebook. To fully remove Enthuzy's access to a connected Facebook Page or Instagram account, also remove Enthuzy from that platform's own connected-apps settings (for Facebook: Settings & Privacy -> Settings -> Business Integrations).
